«Off Menus» uses culinary experiences to address and reshape the global perceptions of South Korea by bridging the gap between stereotypes and the intricate realities of its society. The project combines diasporic experiences with traditional narratives to offer a fresh understanding of identity in a global context. It fosters dialogues that honour deep-rooted heritage and diverse global experiences. «Off Menus» seeks to add to the global understanding of Korean culture and to promote a broader and more nuanced view of its identity.
