Unveiling Hidden Structures
Information and Aesthetics for 3D Anatomy Lessons
This thesis presents newly developed materials used for bones in 3D anatomy programmes. Based on surveys, design experiments and literature research, it proposes best-practice recommendations for the design. The resulting materials are realistic, visually appealing and can improve the learning experience of medical students.
