A Trap to Control Invasive Tiger Mosquitoes in Public Spaces
Tiger mosquitoes transmit dangerous diseases such as dengue fever or the zika virus. Through global warming and international transport, this insect is increasingly seen in Switzerland. «KIM» attracts tiger mosquitoes by organic means and takes them out of circulation. The trap is quick to set up and easy to maintain and helps public authorities protect the population.
