What does a typical working day look like for you?
Every day is different! That can be exciting but also very demanding. I tend to juggle a lot of different tasks and feel as if I am wearing different hats. It certainly never gets boring.
Which topics are you focussing on at the moment?
On the beauty of imperfection. And the inventor of the Rorschach test, in other words, perceptual psychology.
Who would you like to work with one day?
Very specifically, I would like to commission the Zurich-based composer Ephrem Lüchinger or the British composer Cosmo Sheldrake to add a soundtrack to one of my projects one day. Both experiment with instruments in wonderful ways and create distinctive sounds.
With whom would you like to switch roles for half a year?
With a senior official at the cultural funding agency.
