Department of Design

From September 1-20, 2022, Zurich Design Weeks will form the largest design event in Switzerland. The first edition on the theme of UNCOVER brings together the following established events and institutions: Digital Festival and HackZurich, Mode Suisse, neue räume 22, and the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich. The broad supporting program of the three-week festival invites visitors to attend various events and exhibitions. City walks connect the various venues with each other.

The Department of Design of the Zurich University of the Arts is involved in the "NEWCOMER" section of the Zurich Design Weeks with two contributions:

• The project "RE ACT" by Ava Toyloy and Eileen Good (Alumnae BA Industrial Design), on view at Mooris in Zurich 
• The project "Gegenwelten" by Elay Leuthold (Alumni BA Cast / Audiovisual Media), on view at Norkind Wohnen in Zurich

On Wednesday September 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm @Mooris (Zurlindenstrasse 301, 8003 Zurich), the workshop "Zürich schaut hin" with Martha Weingartner (project manager Zürich schaut hin) will take place.

The Zurich Design Weeks were initiated by the Design Biennale Zürich and Archithema Verlag with the support of the Stadtentwicklung Zürich.
